After multiple tests on various different components of the service, the VPN service came back with outstanding results. On average the speed for downloading would hit around 9.34mbps which is pretty good with a ping rate of 25-32. This is similar with and without VPN. Both results were fairly close but you could see the VPN was always faster. Upload rates were clearly higher with VPN hitting around 3.50mbps which is pretty quick! Looking as tests in Europe again upload and download speeds were fairly similar to the previous results taken in the UK but had a clearly higher ping rate! Overall VPN has a speedy service.

After installing you then have to go and configure the different locations which is a bit of a pain so if you are not that tech savvy then this really is not for you. If you are tech savvy then this is a great VPN to use because of the lightning speed.

Support is very straight forward with a live chat feature where you can ask any burning question and get a response in a fairly good amount of time. They also have the option to email VPN and again the response time is reasonable although it did come in last out of the 5 on this site but at least they answered the question on the first reply.
